Aromatherapy

A gentle, hands-on therapy that focuses on the craniosacral system. This system is comprised of the cranium, the spine, and the sacrum. By applying minimal pressure, the therapist aims to facilitate the release of restrictions and promote a sense of balance within the craniosacral system. The rhythms within your craniosacral system reflect the overall health and well-being of your body.
Craniosacral

A technique based on the principle that by applying pressure to specific points on the feet it will correspond to beneficial changes in other parts of the body.
Reflexology

Focuses on relieving tension and pain in your myofascial tissues. These are the web-like layers of connective tissue that surround and support your muscles, organs, and other structures throughout your body
Myofascial Release

An ancient healing technique that uses suction cups to draw blood closer to the skin's surface. Cupping is a unique approach that may help with muscle tension, pain, and inflammation.
Cupping

Sinus Relief

A gentle massage technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system. Addressing conditions that cause fluid buildup, such as: Lymphedema, Post surgical swelling and Lipedema.
